Suffolk Solo Prequel pointe review

Now onto my second pair of pointe shoes. I went to another store that did not carry the b-morphs for my second fitting, so I found something else. What seemed to fit at the time were the suffolk solo prequels in a 3.5 XXXN in the light shank. Why I got the light shank I do not know, because my feet were too strong for that. I broke these shoes in very quickly.

My review on these shoes:
-I love the colour of the shoe: a light pale pink that goes great with tights
-the box fit very well
-these shoes made my feet look great
-the shank was way too soft and now these shoes are dead
-as they broke in further the heels started slipping and sewing the elastics again did not help
-one of the shoes was kind of weird has it had a lump on one side of the platform and a shorter vamp than the other
-only gave me blisters when being broken in
-overall great shoe for beginners
-however, the price was these was way more than my previous blochs. These were $112 CAN

Verdict: Great beginner shoe, but too soft for those with strong arches

Sadly, I must move on from these because the store that I go to does not carry them in a harder shank. Soon I will post the new shoes that I am getting. Right now it is between the suffolk solo or capezio studio pointes. The first time I went and got fitted after the prequels I came back with the suffolk ensemble with the standard shank, but those were refused by my teacher as the vamp was way too short.

Here are some pics of these shoes:

The arch in these is def too flexible.
